If you have somebody who has a premature rupture of membranes with a pre-viable fetus, and they need to have that fetus removed for their own well-being and safety, and it\u2019s not ever going to be a living being \u2014 to not be able to do that procedure in your own state, but to have to transfer somebody who is at risk of hemorrhage, at risk of infection, is insane. It\u2019s an insane thing that\u2019s happening to health care. People are literally on Signal chats trying to find care for their patients. So, yeah, that\u2019s what I\u2019m hearing.
