She couldn&#8217;t even tell which ICE officers were talking to her, which is hard in a loud environment and when the officers&#8217; had their faces covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the conversations she heard between ICE agents while she was detained, it made it sound like they didn&#8217;t know what they were doing.
