Its&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brookings.edu\/blog\/order-from-chaos\/2018\/06\/20\/u-s-withdrawal-from-u-n-human-rights-council-is-america-alone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">supporters<\/a>, those of whom in the US typically lean left, say it\u2019s a place where nations can address issues that don\u2019t usually garner the world\u2019s attention.
