Neither of them had a particular public profile before creating the app. Jeffrey Wernick, a bitcoin enthusiast and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=GLfDBPS2c9Y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">early Airbnb investor<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/politics\/free-speech-balance-2020-election-parler-wernick-peikoff\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">serves<\/a>&nbsp;as the company\u2019s chief operating officer.
