After passing an infrastructure bill that was considerably&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2021\/05\/24\/infrastructure-talks-near-collapse-490637\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">smaller<\/a>&nbsp;than originally proposed, any opportunities to cut costs should be obvious winners.
