The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act\u2019s new rules broadened the scope of goods that have to be produced in the United States by creating a new category for \u201cconstruction materials.\u201d It also expanded the types of infrastructure projects subject to the requirements to permanently include housing, broadband, and new programs for electric vehicle charging projects for the first time.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
