When companies got rid of an old CEO and for the first time got a new one that had an MBA, wages fell. It looks like the ideology of the CEO matters. If the CEO believes in standard business school teachings that suggest businesses should lower wages if they can, then they do it, and people get paid less.

The administration is stealing immigrants’ due process by: making it clear that if judges don’t rule the way the administration wants, they will be fired; giving judges so many cases that they can’t possibly give each case the attention they deserve; and hiring poorly trained judges whose job is just to order deportations, not to determine if deportation is appropriate.
